Introduction
The flotation machine is suitable for the classification of non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals, as well as the classification of non-metals such as coal, fluorite and talc. The impeller of the flotation machine is driven by the motor V-belt, which produces centrifugal effect and forms negative pressure. On the one hand, it absorbs enough air to mix with the pulp, and on the other hand, it stirs the pulp and mixes the pulp with medicine and extracts bubbles; therefore, the minerals will stick. It attaches to the bubbles and floats on the surface of the pulp to form a foam layer. Adjust the opening of the overflow plate and cone valve and control the liquid level so that the scraper scrapes off useful bubbles. For the selection of the flotation machine, the following information should be indicated: the model, specification and quantity of the flotation machine and the number of scraper devices (left or right). Single-sided scraping or double-sided scraping. The number of feed boxes, medium boxes, tailings boxes, feed pipes and medium pipes. The liquid level can be controlled manually, electrically or automatically. A layout drawing of the flotation process flow should be provided.
